Shipping policy

 

Domestic shipping within SA is R80. It takes 2-7 business days (during sales & product launches, it can take up to 14 business days). 

• Surcharge: In rare instances, for high-risk/ outlaying areas, the couriers might add a surcharge- this surcharge will be communicated with the customer and surcharge will have to be covered by the customer
• Courier is unable to reach the customer for delivery: in instances, where the courier and Hale Skincare is trying to get a hold of the customer to arrange delivery, but the customer does not respond on time, the order is returned to our facility , the cost of-re-issuing the parcel is on the customer's account.
